Your privacy is very important to the Kganya Group of companies. Accordingly, we have developed this policy for you to understand how we collect, communicate, and use any personal information that you submit to us.

1.2.1.5. date of birth.

2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND RECEIVE

We use the information we collect and receive from you, for the following general purposes:

2.2. in order to refer you to an appropriate third-party service provider;
2.3. to communicate with you;
2.4. to provide you with support; and
2.5. to provide effective communication to you with regards to Kganya news and general information about other goods, services which Kganya offers, that are similar to those that you have already utilised or enquired about.

7.1. We are based in and operate from South Africa. Your information, including personal information, may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country of residence, where the data privacy laws, regulations and standards, may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of residence.
