28 6.3.2.2.2 The Roadside Assistance Benefits entitle all Members in Good Standing to the benefits set out in Annexe B.1 in the event of a Journey to an Event in a Motor Vehicle. 6.3.2.2.3 The Roadside Assistance Benefits will, whenever applicable, be available to the Members in Good Standing for the duration of their Journey, provided that such benefit shall only be available in respect of Journeys undertaken by a Member in Good Standing within the period commencing on a date 7 (seven) days prior to an Event and enduring until a date 7 (seven) days after the Event. 6.3.2.2.4 In the event that a Member in Good Standing requires the Roadside Assistance Benefits, the Trust shall pay, to the Service Provider, the costs for the roadside assistance limited to the amounts as set out in Annexe B.1 , as amended from time to time by the Trust. 6.3.2.2.5 Any costs charged by the Service Provider over and above the limits stipulated in Annexe B.1 for the roadside assistance required as contemplated in regulation 6.3.2.2.2 and regulation 6.3.2.2.4, will be for the cost of the relevant Member in Good Standing and must be paid by the Member in Good Standing directly to the Service Provider. 6.3.2.2.6 It is agreed that the Roadside Assistance Benefits are procured by the Trust from the Service Provider. The contractual relationship for the roadside assistance will be between the Member in Good Standing and the Service Provider. The Trust’s liability for the Roadside Assistance Benefits shall be limited to paying the amounts as set out in Annexe B.1 to the Service Provider for the incidents and/or events listed in Annexe B.1 , as amended by the Trust from time to time. 6.3.2.3 Member in Good Standing for purposes of the Roadside Assistance Benefits 6.3.2.3.1 The Trust shall only provide the Roadside Assistance Benefits set out in regulation 6.3.2.2 above, if the Member is a Member in Good Standing by virtue of – 6.3.2.3.1.1 payment of a Membership Contribution with a Date of Payment in the Month preceding the Month in which the Roadside Assistance Benefit is claimed; or 6.3.2.3.1.2 payment of a Membership Contribution with a Date of Payment in the Month in which the Roadside Assistance Benefit is claimed, provided that the Date of Payment is prior to the date of the claim for the Roadside Assistance Benefits. 6.3.2.4 Procedure to claim the Roadside Assistance Benefits Members requiring the Roadside Assistance Benefits must follow the Claims procedure as set out in Annexe B.2 . 6.3.3 Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits 6.3.3.1 Definitions For purposes of the Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings: 6.3.3.1.1 “ Discounted Price ” means, in relation to a Member in Good Standing who has purchased a Leeto la Moria Receipt, the discounted price payable by the Member for a Ticket as stipulated in Annexe B.3 ; 6.3.3.1.2 “ Event ” means the religious celebrations held at Zion City during April, September and December of each year; 6.3.3.1.3 “ List Price ” means the purchase price of a Ticket ordinarily charged by the Service Provider; 6.3.3.1.4 “ Leeto la Moria Receipt ” means a receipt purchased by a Member in Good Standing from the Trust at the price stipulated in Annexe B.3 , affixed to the Payment Receipt Booklet, which entitles such a Member to purchase a Ticket on a first-come, first-served basis at the Discounted Price in order to attend Events during the same calendar year in which the Leeto la Moria Receipt was purchased; 6.3.3.1.5 “ Member in Good Standing ” means a Member who meets the requirements as set out in regulation 6.3.3.4.1; 6.3.3.1.6 “ Service Provider ” means any bus operator nominated by the ZCC from time to time; and 6.3.3.1.7 “ Ticket ” means a return ticket issued by the Service Provider, which will entitle a Member in Good Standing who has purchased a Leeto la Moria Receipt and a Ticket at a Discounted Price, to be conveyed from an agreed location to Zion City, and from Zion City to an agreed location on the dates stipulated in the said Ticket for the sole and exclusive purpose of attending an Event. 6.3.3.2 Introduction 6.3.3.2.1 The ZCC may, from time to time, negotiate with Service Providers to sell bus tickets to the Members to be transported to and from Events. 6.3.3.2.2 In such event, the Trust may in its discretion, negotiate with the ZCC that it will allow Members in Good Standing to purchase such Tickets at Discounted Prices, if the Member in Good Standing has purchased a Leeto la Moria Receipt. 6.3.3.2.3 In accordance with its agreement with the Service Provider, the ZCC shall pay the Service Provider an amount equal to the List Price of all Tickets sold to the members of the ZCC. In turn, where Members in Good Standing have purchased a Leeto la Moria Receipt and a Ticket, the Trust will, in respect of such Member in Good Standing, pay the difference between the Discounted Price and the List Price for such a Ticket, to the ZCC. 6.3.3.3 Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits 6.3.3.3.1 AMember in Good Standing may elect to purchase a Leeto la Moria Receipt, which Leeto la Moria Receipt will entitle the Member in Good Standing to buy a Ticket at the Discounted Price, on a first-come, first-served basis, on or after the Commencement Date, for the sole and exclusive purpose of attending Events in the calendar year for which the Leeto la Moria Receipt is bought. 6.3.3.3.2 Members shall only be able to buy a Leeto la Moria Receipt in the event that the ZCC makes the Tickets available at the Churches. 6.3.3.3.3 In the event that the ZCC makes available the Tickets at the Churches, a Member shall be entitled to purchase a Leeto la Moria Receipt and a Ticket, at least 21 (twenty-one) days before each Event, at the Discounted Price. 6.3.3.3.4 The Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits and the period for which such Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits will be made available to the Members in Good Standing who have purchased a Leeto la Moria Receipt, are set out in Annexe B.3 , as amended from time to time by the Trust.
