Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract including Continuous Amendments

3 Accident Policy and the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Polic y 6 forming part of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, to the Insurer. 3.4 If a Church Official as a Member fails to pay his Membership Contribution(s) to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust in accordance with the Master Regulations and the Enhanced Benefits Regulations, the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust will not pay the Premium(s) and the Additional Premium(s) due in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy, the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy and the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Polic y 7 forming part of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract. In such case, the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefit, the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Benefits and the Basic Needs Benefi t 8 may be forfeited, subject to the terms and conditions of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract. 3.5 The Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy, the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy and the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Polic y 9 constitute separate and divisible insurance policies, which are offered as part of a Member's Membership to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust in terms of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract. 3.6 The Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy, the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy and the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Polic y 10 may not be cancelled separately since they constitute a single offering, as part of a Member's Membership to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust, through this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract. 3.7 The Benefits provided in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy, and the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy and the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Polic y 11 a s part of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya 6 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 7 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 8 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 9 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 10 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 11 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
