Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract including Continuous Amendments

33 7.6 Cover in terms of the Policies shall cease as set out in Part II, Part III and Part V 48 below. 8. Benefits 8.1 The Benefits payable in terms of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract are set out in – 8.1.1 Part II in respect of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy; 8.1.2 Part III in respect of the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy; and 8.1.3 Part V in respect of the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy , 49 and shall be paid as set out in Part II, Part III and Part V, 50 respectively. 8.2 In order to qualify for payment of the Benefits, the Premiums and the Additional Premiums must be paid in respect of the Policies as set out in – 8.2.1 clause 2.5 a nd claus e 2.6 o f Part II as it applies to the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefit in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy; 8.2.2 clause 3.4.1 of Part III as it applies to the Dread Disease Benefits in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy; 8.2.3 clause 8.6.1 of Part III as it applies to the Personal Accident Benefits and the Additional Personal Accident Benefits in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy; and 8.2.4 clause 2.5 of Part V as it applies to the Basic Needs Benefit in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Polic y, 51 48 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 49 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 50 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 51 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
