Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract including Continuous Amendments

29 6.1.77 " Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy " means the insurance policy concluded between a Member as Policyholder, and the Insurer, in respect of the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Benefits as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy. The Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy forms part of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract and is concluded pursuant to a Member's Membership to the Trust, as provided for in the Master Regulations and the Enhanced Benefits Regulations; 6.1.78 " Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefits " means the Funeral Benefits and the Additional Funeral Benefits; 6.1.79 " Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy " means the insurance policy concluded between a Member as Policyholder, and the Insurer, in respect of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefits as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy. The Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy forms part of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, and is concluded pursuant to a Member's Membership to the Trust, as provided for in the Master Regulations and the Enhanced Benefits Regulations; 6.1.80 " Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract " means this insurance contract, comprising Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV and Part V, 42 t ogether with all annexures, concluded between the 42 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
