Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract including Continuous Amendments

27 " Policy " shall mean either the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy, the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy or the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Polic y 39 as indicated by the context; 6.1.71 " Premiums " means the Monthly premiums payable by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust to the Insurer in respect of Reconciled Receipts; 6.1.72 " Premium Payment Agreement " means the agreement concluded between the Insurer and the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust, which regulates the manner in which the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust will pay the Premiums and the Additional Premiums due in terms of the Policies for as long as the Policyholder is (i) a Member of the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust; and (ii) has paid his Membership Contribution to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust; 6.1.73 " Receipt " means a receipt as defined in the Master Regulations, issued to a Member upon payment of his Membership Contribution; 6.1.74 " Reconcile " means the process whereby the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust (or its administrator) captures the details of a duplicate Receipt received by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust (or its administrator) 39 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
