24 the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy contained in Part III and the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy contained in Part V , 35 although contained in the same Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract; 6.1.61 " Part III " means Part III to this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, being the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy between the Policyholder and the Insurer, which Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy incorporates the terms and conditions as contained in Part I and Part IV (to the extent applicable), and is severable from the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy contained in Part II and the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy contained in Part V , 36 although contained in the same Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract; 6.1.62 " Part IV " means Part IV to this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, being the additional terms and conditions applicable only to Existing Members as Policyholders; 6.1.62A " Part V " means Part V to this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, being the 35 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 36 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
