20 manner prescribed by the Insurer, supported by clinical, radiological, histological and laboratory evidence acceptable to the Insurer; 6.1.47 " Medical Practitioner " means a duly qualified and suitable medical practitioner, registered as such in terms of the Health Professions Act 56 of 1974; 6.1.48 " Member " means a member of the ZCC, who is a Church Official, and who satisfies the requirements for membership to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust in accordance with the terms of the Master Regulations, read with the Enhanced Benefits Regulations. In this this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, " Membership " shall have a corresponding meaning. For purposes of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, the Member is also the Policyholder; 6.1.49 " Membership Book " means a membership book issued by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust in accordance with the Master Regulations, to a Member, comprising (i) the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet, (ii) the Payment Receipt Booklet; (iii) all Existing Membership Books; and (iv) any other documents issued by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust from time to time relating to Membership, including any amendments
