11 6.1.12.3 in respect of the Dread Disease Benefits, the Policyholder upon the happening of an Insured Event in respect of the Policyholder as an Assured Life; and 6.1.12.4 in respect of the Basic Needs Benefit, subject to the provisions of claus e 4.3 of Part II - 20 6.1.12.4.1A the Policyholder upon the death or Permanent Disability of a Dependent Child ; 21 6.1.12.4.1 the Policyholder, upon the Policyholder as Assured Life - 6.1.12.4.1.1 becoming Permanently Disabled; or 6.1.12.4.1.2 contracting, experiencing, or suffering a Dread Disease; or 6.1.12.4.2 the person(s) nominated by the Policyholder in the MPP Form and/or the AMPP Form, to receive the Basic Need Benefit upon the death of the Policyholder as Assured Life ; 22 20 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 21 Amended with effect from 1 April 2024 22 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
