10 Event in respect of an Assured Life other than the Policyholder; and 6.1.12.1.2 the person(s) nominated by the Policyholder in the MPP Form and/or the AMPP Form, to receive the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefit upon the happening of an Insured Event in respect of the Policyholder as Assured Life; 6.1.12.2 in respect of the Personal Accident Benefits and the Additional Personal Accident Benefits, the Policyholder upon the happening of an Insured Event in respect of the Assured Lives;
