9 occurring after the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Policy Effective Date, namely i) the Policyholder or a Dependent Child' s 15 death, or ii) the Policyholder contracting, experiencing or suffering a Dread Disease; or iii) the Policyholder or a Dependent Chil d 16 becoming Permanently Disabled, as set out in Annexe E.6 ; 17 6.1.11B " Basic Needs Existing Member " means a Member who acquired Membership to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust on or before the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy Effective Dat e; 18 6.1.11C " BNBCN Form " means the claim form to be completed in the event of a Claim for Basic Needs Benefit, supported by the Claim Documents as specified in the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy, in the form and manner as prescribed by the Insure r; 19 6.1.12 " Beneficiary " means - 6.1.12.1 in respect of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefit, subject to the provisions of clause 4.3 of Part II - 6.1.12.1.1 the Policyholder, upon the happening of an Insured 15 Amended with effect from 1 April 2024. 16 Amended with effect from 1 April 2024. 17 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 18 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 19 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
