26 payment of his Membership Contribution; 6.1.74 " Reconcile " means the process whereby the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust (or its administrator) captures the details of a duplicate Receipt received by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust (or its administrator) in respect of payment of a Membership Contribution by a Member as provided for in the Master Regulations, irrespective whether or not the proceeds of such Receipt are deposited to the bank account of the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust, and " Reconciled " shall have a similar meaning; 6.1.75 " Stillbirth " means the death of a foetus 28 (twenty- eight) weeks or longer after conception or immediately prior to or during delivery; 6.1.75A " Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy " means the insurance policy concluded between a Member as Policyholder, and the Insurer, in respect of the Basic Needs Benefit as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy. The Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy forms part of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, and is concluded pursuant to a Member's Membership to the Trust, as provided for in the Master Regulations and the Enhanced Benefits Regulations; 6.1.75B " Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs means 1 April 2023;
