Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract

19 Kganya Benefits Fund Trust in accordance with the terms of the Master Regulations, read with the Enhanced Benefits Regulations. In this this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, " Membership " shall have a corresponding meaning. For purposes of this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, the Member is also the Policyholder; 6.1.49 " Membership Book " means a membership book issued by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust in accordance with the Master Regulations, to a Member, comprising (i) the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet, (ii) the Payment Receipt Booklet; (iii) all Existing Membership Books; and (iv) any other documents issued by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust from time to time relating to Membership, including any amendments and/or endorsements thereto as provided for in the Master Regulations; 6.1.50 " Membership Contribution " means the amount payable each Month by a Member as set out in the Master Regulations, which entitles a Member, for purposes hereof and amongst others, (i) access to this Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract; and (ii) payment of the Premiums and the Additional Premiums due in terms of the Policies by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust;
