16 Basic Needs Existing Members); and iii) clause 3 of Part V in respect of Basic Needs Existing Members; 6.1.39 " Insurance Act " means the Insurance Act 18 of 2017; 6.1.40 " Insured Event " means - 6.1.40.1 in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy, the death of an Assured Life in respect of the Funeral Benefit and Additional Funeral Benefit; 6.1.40.2 in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy - 6.1.40.2.1 the Permanent Disability of an Assured Life in respect of the Personal Accident Benefits and the Additional Personal Accident Benefits; or 6.1.40.2.2 the contraction, experience or suffering of a Dread Disease by the Policyholder in respect of the Dread Disease Benefits, 6.1.40.3 in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy - 6.1.40.3.1 the death of the Policyholder as Assured Life; or
