9 6.1.11C " BNBCN Form " means the claim form to be completed in the event of a Claim for Basic Needs Benefit, supported by the Claim Documents as specified in the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy, in the form and manner as prescribed by the Insurer; 6.1.12 " Beneficiary " means - 6.1.12.1 in respect of the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefit, subject to the provisions of clause 4.3 of Part II - 6.1.12.1.1 the Policyholder, upon the happening of an Insured Event in respect of an Assured Life other than the Policyholder; and 6.1.12.1.2 the person(s) nominated by the Policyholder in the MPP Form and/or the AMPP Form, to receive the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Benefit upon the happening of an Insured Event in respect of the Policyholder as Assured Life;
