1 SUMMARY OF AMENDMENTS TO YOUR THARI YA BARUTI PUKWANA YA KGANYA MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THARI YA BARUTI PUKWANA YA KGANYA INSURANCE CONTRACT WITH EFFECT FROM 1 JANUARY 2026 1. IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS TO YOUR THARI YA BARUTI PUKWANA YA KGANYA MEMBERSHIP • As a Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya member (“ Member” ), we wish to advise you of important amendments to your Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya membership ( “Membership” ). • This document is a summary of the most important amendments; however, you can review all the changes in the manner as described in paragraph 5 below. • Please note that the amendments will commence with effect from 1 January 2026 . Your continued payment of your membership contributions to the Trust ( “Membership Contributions” ) will be deemed as your acceptance of the changes. • All capitalised terms in this notice, shall have the same meaning as set out in your Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet. 2. STATUS OF THIS NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS • This summary of amendments notification serves as a notification jointly by Sanlam Developing Markets Limited ( “Sanlam” ) and the trustees of the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust ( “Trust” ) of the amendments to the: - Master Regulations; - Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Membership Terms and Conditions; - Payment Receipt Booklet; and - Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, which includes the Summary of Benefits, Conditions, Limitations and Exclusions, and the Disclosure Notice. •• This summary of amendments notification is made in terms of (i) clause 21.4.14 of the trust deed of the Trust; (ii) clause 15 of the Master Regulations issued by the Trust; and (iii) clause 14 of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract.
