B. Changes to the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet (Annexe C) give effect to the changes specified above • With effect from 1 April 2026, Annexe C of the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet is amended to – • reflect the increase Membership Contribution of R140.00; and • indicate the payments the Trust will make from the Membership Contributions as specified in the table above. 5. AMENDMENT TO THARI YA BARUTI PUKWANA YA KGANYA CONTRACT 5.1 In terms of clause 14 of your Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, Sanlam may make changes to the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract subject to providing 31 days prior notice of such changes to the policyholder. 5.2 Capitalised terms have the meaning as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract. 5.3 Amendment to Annexe E.1 The Premiums payable by the Trust are amended as follows: Policy Premium amount Additional Premium Date effective Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy R55.87 R16.68 1 April 2026
