AMENDMENTS TO THE PUKWANA YA KGANYA INSURANCE CONTRACT • With effect from 1 April 2025, (i) Annexe E.1 of the Pukwana ya Kganya Insurance Contract; and (ii) the breakdown contained in the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract Summary of Benefits, Conditions, Limitations and Exclusions document, will be amended by adding in a new table reflecting the new Premium to be paid by the Trust to Sanlam as follows. • Note that the change in Premium does not impact your Membership Contribution, which remains the same.
