3 - Payment of the monthly premiums due in terms of the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract; and - Basic Ancillary Benefits (being Roadside Assistance Benefits; Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits; and Funerary Management Benefits). B. Change in Membership Contribution • The Membership Contribution payable for your Membership to the Trust is currently R110.00 per month. • In terms of the Trust Deed, the Trust may review and amend the Membership Contributions, in the manner set out in the Master Regulations. • Every effort is made by the Trust to only increase the Membership Contributions every 2 years, which increase (if any) takes place with effect from 1 April. • Following careful consideration, the Trust resolved that the Membership Contribution will be increased, with effect from 1 April 2024 to R120.00 . • The increased amount will be shown on the Receipts with effect from 1 April 2024. C. Changes to methods of communication • Furthermore, notice of any changes to Membership is currently given through the Pay Points. • However, in order to allow the Trust to communicate with the Members electronically, the trustees of the Trust resolved to also allow communication through electronic means in such manner as prescribed by the Trust from time to time. D. Changes to the Master Regulations give effect to the changes specified above 1. Pursuant to the above and with effect from 1 April 2024, the Master Regulations are amended as follows: 1.1 by allowing for notifications to Members through electronic means which may be prescribed by the Trust from time to time through an amendment to clause 7.2.3.1, clause 15.2.2 and clause 15.3.1; and
