28 3. NOTIFICATION BY SANLAM 1. Previously, Sanlam (with FSP number 11231) serviced your Pukwana ya Kganya Policy. This licence is being merged into Sanlam’s other FSP licence (with FSP number 11230). 2. The lapsing of the licence (FSP 11231) follows the re-organization of the Sanlam Retail Mass cluster. 3. What this means to you is that our communications, client-facing documents and disclosures sent to you, going forward, will no longer reflect FSP number 11231, but FSP 11230 only. 4.
