By amending Annexe E.1 in disclosing the premium amount for the Basic Needs Benefit Policy as R6.90 per Policyholder per month. This Premium will be paid by the Trust from the Trust’s funds, without any initial increase in the Membership Contributions, provided that the Membership Contributions will be reviewed in February 2024. 10.
