4 • As indicated, with effect from 1 April 2026, the Membership Contribution will increase to R140.00. From the monthly Membership Contribution (as increased from 1 April 2026), the Trust will make the following payments: Premium to Sanlam in terms of the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract R83.91 Service fee to KIA R25.41 Donation to the ZCC R15.50 Retained by the Trust R14.18 Retained by Church branch R1.00 TOTAL R140.00 B. Changes to the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet (Annexe C) give effect to the changes specified above • With effect from 1 April 2026, Annexe C of the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet is amended to – • reflect the increase Membership Contribution of R140.00; and • indicate the payments the Trust will make from the Member- ship Contributions as specified in the table above. 5. AMENDMENT TO PUKWANA YA KGANYA CONTRACT 5.1 In terms of clause 14 of your Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, Sanlam may make changes to the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract subject to providing 31 days prior notice of such changes to the policyholder. 5.2 Capitalised terms have the meaning as set out in the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract. 5.3 Amendment to Annexe E.1 The Premiums payable by the Trust are amended as follows:
