27 6.2.1.1.2. insurance cover and i) dread disease benefits; and ii) personal accident benefits in terms of a Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy; 6.2.1.2. payment of the monthly premiums due in terms of the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract; and 6.2.1.3. the Basic Ancillary Benefits. 6.2.2. The Member’s access to the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract shall at all times consist of a Funeral Policy and Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy as part of the Member’s entitlement to Basic Benefits. 6.2.3. The Trust shall only make payment of the premiums due in terms of the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract if a Member has paid his/her Membership Contributions, as provided for in the Master Regulations, to the Trust. If a Member fails to pay a Monthly Membership Contribution to the Trust, the Trust shall not be obliged, and shall no longer pay, the premiums due in terms of the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract in respect of such a Member until the Member resumes payment of his/her Membership Contribution. The cover and benefits as set out in the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract may, in such case, be forfeited and will be dealt with as prescribed in the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract. 6.2.4. In the event of a failure by a Member to pay his/her Membership Contribution(s), the Basic Benefits will be dealt with in the manner set out in the Master Regulations, read with these Basic Benefits Regulations. 6.3. Basic Ancillary Benefits 6.3.1. The Trust shall, as part of the Basic Benefits, procure and/or provide the following Basic Ancillary Benefits to the Members: 6.3.1.1. Roadside Assistance Benefits; 6.3.1.2. Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits; and 6.3.1.3. Funerary Management Benefits, as set out below. 6.3.2. Roadside Assistance Benefits 6.3.2.1. Definitions For purposes of the Roadside Assistance Benefits, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings: 6.3.2.1.1. “Event” means the religious celebrations held at Zion City during April, September and December of each year; 6.3.2.1.2. “Journey” means the journey undertaken by a Member in Good Standing in a Motor Vehicle for the sole and exclusive purpose of attending an Event; 6.3.2.1.3. “Member in Good Standing” means a Member who meets the requirements as set out in regulation 6.3.2.3; 6.3.2.1.4. “Motor Vehicle” means a motor vehicle that does not weigh more than 3,500kg; and 6.3.2.1.5. “Service Provider” means the service provider appointed from time to time by the Trust to provide the Roadside Assistance Benefits. 6.3.2.2. The Roadside Assistance Benefits 6.3.2.2.1. The Trust may from time to time procure the Roadside Assistance Benefits from the Service Provider for all Members in Good Standing. 6.3.2.2.2. The Roadside Assistance Benefits entitle all Members in Good Standing to the benefits as set out in Annexe B.1 when undertaking a Journey to an Event in a Motor Vehicle. 6.3.2.2.3. The Roadside Assistance Benefits will, whenever applicable, be available to the Members in Good Standing for the duration of their Journey, provided that such Roadside Assistance Benefits shall only be available in respect of Journeys undertaken by a Member in Good Standing within the period commencing on a date 7 (seven) days prior to an Event and enduring until a date 7 (seven) days after the Event. 6.3.2.2.4. In the event that a Member in Good Standing requires the Roadside Assistance Benefits, the Trust shall pay, to the Service Provider, the costs for the roadside assistance limited to the amounts as set out in Annexe B.1 , as amended from time to time by the Trust. 6.3.2.2.5. Any costs charged by the Service Provider over and above the limits stipulated in Annexe B.1 for the roadside assistance required as contemplated in regulation 6.3.2.2.2 and regulation 6.3.2.2.4, will be for the cost of the relevant Member in Good Standing, and must be paid by the Member in Good Standing directly to the Service Provider. 6.3.2.2.6. It is agreed that the Roadside Assistance Benefits are a benefit procured by the Trust from the Service Provider. The contractual relationship for the roadside assistance will be between the Member in Good Standing and the Service Provider. The Trust’s liability for the Roadside Assistance Benefits shall be limited to paying the amounts as set out in Annexe B.1 to the Service Provider for the incidents and/or events listed in Annexe B.1 , as amended by the Trust from time to time. 6.3.2.3. Member in Good Standing for purposes of the Roadside Assistance Benefits 6.3.2.3.1. The Trust shall only provide the Roadside Assistance Benefits set out in regulation 6.3.2.2 above, if the Member is a Member in Good Standing by virtue of – 6.3.2.3.1.1. payment of a Membership Contribution with a Date of Payment in the Month preceding the Month in which the Roadside Assistance Benefit is claimed; or 6.3.2.3.1.2. payment of a Membership Contribution with a Date of Payment in the Month in which the Roadside Assistance Benefit is claimed, provided that the Date of Payment is prior to the date of the claim for the Roadside Assistance Benefits. 6.3.2.4. Procedure to claim the Roadside Assistance Benefits Members requiring the Roadside Assistance Benefit must follow the Claims procedure as set out in Annexe B.2. 6.3.3. Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits 6.3.3.1. Definitions For purposes of the Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings:
