7 9.3.1 Roadside Assistance Benefits 9.3.1.1 Service Description o To assist you, the Trust has negotiated Roadside Assistance Benefits (as defined in the Basic Benefits Regulations) with a service provider appointed by the Trust. o Roadside Assistance Benefits are therefore not provided by the Trust but by a service provider agreed with by the Trust, in terms of an agreement with you. o Roadside Assistance Benefits will be available to you for your journeys in a motor vehicle that does not weigh more than 3500kg, to religious celebrations held at Zion City Moria during Easter, September and December of each year. o You will have access to the following services in the event of a roadside emergency with respect to your motor vehicle when journeying to and from religious events: • Flat battery – jump start. • Flat tyre (help with change of tyre). • Keys locked in vehicle (unlocking only). • Fuel assistance (limited to five litres per incident). • Minor roadside repairs (electrical, coil, immobilizer etc.). • Transmission of urgent messages. o You will also have access to the following tow-in service to the nearest approved dealership (if under warranty), repair centre or panel beater with respect to your motor vehicle in the event of: • Mechanical breakdown; • Electrical breakdown; • Accident damage. 9.3.1.2 Qualifying for Roadside Assistance Benefits o To qualify for Roadside Assistance Benefits, you must be in Good Standing by having paid a Membership Contribution: • in the Month preceding the Month in which Roadside Assistance is required; or • in the Month in which the Roadside Assistance is required, provided the Membership Contribution was paid prior to the date of the claim for Roadside Assistance Benefits. 9.3.1.3 Roadside Assistance Exclusions and Limitations o You may only ask for Roadside Assistance Benefits for the period 7 days before, during and 7 days after each conference held at Zion City Moria during Easter, September and December each year. o The Roadside Assistance Benefits are only provided in respect of a motor vehicle that does not weigh more than 3 500kg. o The value of the Roadside Assistance Benefits is limited per incident as set out in the Basic Benefits Regulations. o Any costs over and above the limits relating to the provision of Roadside Assistance will be for your cost. 9.3.1.4 Service Requests o You must contact the KIA helpline on 0800 000 538 where an operator will determine whether you qualify for Roadside Assistance Benefits. o The operator will assist you further. 9.3.2 Leeto La Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits 9.3.2.1 Service Description o The ZCC may, from time to time, negotiate with service providers to sell bus tickets to the Members to be transported to and from religious celebrations held at Zion City during April, September and December of each year (“ Events ”). o In such event, the Trust may in its discretion, negotiate with the ZCC that it will allow Members in Good Standing to purchase such return bus tickets, to be conveyed from an agreed location to Zion City, and from Zion City to an agreed location (“ Ticket ”), on the dates stipulated in the said Ticket, for the sole and exclusive purpose of attending an Event at discounted prices , if the Member in Good Standing has purchased a Leeto la Moria Receipt. o The discount to be applied to the Ticket is set out in the Basic Benefits Regulations. o The Leeto la Moria Receipt will therefore entitle the Member in Good Standing to buy a Ticket at the discounted price, on a first- come, first-served basis, for the sole and exclusive purpose of attending Events in the calendar year for which the Leeto la Moria Receipt is bought. 9.3.2.2 Qualifying for Leeto la Moria (Discounted Transport) Benefits o To qualify for a Leeto la Moria receipt in a particular calendar year, you must: • be in Good Standing by having paid 12 (twelve) consecutive Monthly Membership Contributions prior to the Month in which you purchase a Leeto la Moria Receipt; and • purchase a Leeto la Moria Receipt from your local Church Branch. o The price for the Leeto la Moria Receipt is set out in the Basic Benefits Regulations. 9.3.2.3 Leeto la Moria Exclusions and Limitations o Leeto la Moria Receipts will only be made available to Members who produce their Payment Receipt Booklets reflecting that they are Members in Good Standing. o The bus fare discount is applicable to you only and not your Dependent Child / Children as defined in the Basic Benefits Regulations. o Discounted bus tickets are subject to availability. In other words, discounted bus tickets for qualifying Members are solely on a first-come, first-served basis. o A Leeto la Moria Receipt will have a calendar year printed on it which means that once this Leeto la Moria Receipt is inserted into your Payment Receipt Book, you will be able to purchase a Ticket, on a first-come, first-served basis, at a discount for any or all of the three Zion City Moria Conferences held, but only during that calendar year (i.e. Easter, September and December). 9.3.2.4 Service Requests o Leeto la Moria Receipts and discounted bus tickets will be made available to you through your Church Branch.
