17 in respect of the Dread Disease Benefits, 6.1.37.3 in terms of the Basic Needs Benefit Policy - 34 6.1.37.3.1 the death of the Policyholder or Dependent Child as Assured Lives ; 35 or 6.1.37.3.2 the Permanent Disability of the Policyholder or Dependent Child as Assured Lives ; 36 or 6.1.37.3.3 the contraction, experience or suffering of a Dread Disease by the Policyholder as Assured Life; 6.1.38 " Insurer " means Sanlam Developing Markets Limited (registration number 1911/003818/06), a public company incorporated and registered in terms of the laws of the Republic of South Africa and a licenced insurer in terms of the Insurance Act, with its main place of business situated at 9 – 13 West Street, Houghton, 2196; 6.1.39 " Kganya Insurance Administrators " means Kganya Insurance Administrators (RF) Proprietary Limited (registration number 1995/007875/07), a private company duly incorporated in 34 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 35 Amended with effect from 1 April 2024. 36 Amended with effect from 1 April 2024.
