14 6.1.24 " Dread Disease Benefits " means the dread disease benefits payable in terms of the Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy upon the Policyholder contracting, experiencing or suffering a Dread Disease, as set out in Annexe E.3 ; 6.1.25 " Dread Disease Categories " means the Dread Disease categories as specified in Annexe E.3 ; 6.1.26 " Due Date " means the date on which the Premiums payable in terms of the Policies are due, in full, to the Insurer, being the first day of each Month; 6.1.27 " Effective Date " means 1 January 2023, being 4 (four) Months from the first day of the Month following the Month in which court approval was granted for the amendment of the trust deed of the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust; 6.1.28 " Existing Member " means a Member who acquired Membership to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust on or before the Effective Date; 6.1.29 " Existing Membership Book " means any existing membership book of the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust, issued to an Existing Member, in issue as at the Effective Date; 6.1.30 " FAIS Act " means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002; 6.1.31 " FBCN Form means the claim form to be completed in the event of a Claim for a Funeral Benefit, supported by the Claim
