Master Regulations

6 1.23 " Insurance Contracts " means, collectively, the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract and the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, and the insurance policies forming part thereof; 1.24 " Insurer " means a licensed insurer in terms of the Insurance Act, 18 of 2017, endorsed by the Trust to underwrite the Insurance Contracts; 1.25 " Leeto la Moria Receipt " means a receipt purchased by a Member for Leeto la Moria benefits as contemplated in the Basic Benefits Regulations and Enhanced Benefits Regulations; 1.26 " Master Regulations " means these Master Regulations, including all annexures and schedules thereto, as amended from time to time by the Trust in accordance with the Trust Deed, read with regulation 15; 1.27 " Member " means a member of ZCC (including an Existing Member) who satisfies the requirements for membership to the Trust as set out in regulation 6.1, read with the Basic Benefits Regulations and the Enhanced Benefits Regulations, as applicable, and who becomes a vested beneficiary of the Trust pursuant to such membership. In these Master Regulations, " Membership " shall have a corresponding meaning;
