5 o pay the premiums to Sanlam in terms of the Pukwana ya Kganya insurance contract and the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya insurance contract for all member beneficiaries who have paid their membership contributions; o make a donation to the ZCC; o provide and/or procure the Leeto la Moria benefits, roadside assistance benefits, funerary management benefits and good health assessment benefits (in the case of church committee members who are member beneficiaries); and o provide access to other discretionary and upliftment benefits for members of the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust and the ZCC Church. Will your membership booklet change as a result of the changes? • If the High Court approves the Court Application, you will receive a new membership terms and conditions booklet dealing with your membership rights, and as evidence of your membership to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust. Your new membership terms and conditions booklet will become effective from 1 January 2023. • The new membership terms and conditions booklet will replace all existing terms and conditions of membership to the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust with effect from the Effective Date. • The new membership terms and conditions booklet will be issued to all existing member beneficiaries free of charge . • Do not throw away your existing membership book as your existing membership book will continue to be used as a payment receipt booklet wherein all receipts will be recorded. Your existing membership book will also remain in force in respect of the details contained in the MPP Form and/or the AMPP Form; details of any Leeto la Moria Receipts; and details of any dependent children. • When your existing membership book is full, or lost, a new payment receipt booklet will be provided against payment of the usual purchase price. • This means, with effect from the 1 January 2023 that you will have two booklets, being,– o a new membership terms and conditions booklet; and o your existing membership book, which will continue to be used as a payment receipt booklet until such time that you require a new or replacement payment receipt booklet.
