Electronic Payments Steps to Follow

1. You must go to the MyKganya website at www.mykganya.com OR to the downloaded ZCM app on your device. 2. Enter your Cell phone number in the required field. 3. Accept the terms and conditions by clicking in the checkbox and then click on the “Let’s go” button to proceed. 4. You will receive a verification pin (OTP) on your cell phone, so please ensure you have your cell phone with you during the process. 5. Enter the OTP to proceed. You will then be required to create a permanent pin number. Enter the 4-digit pin number and then confirm as directed by the system. Please ensure that you use a pin number that you will remember as you will use this for future logins. 6. Now add and save a Bank Card for payments by following the prompts on the system. (All major debit or credit cards are accepted, and you can add more than one card to your profile) a. On the home screen, click on “My Cards”. b. On the My Cards screen, click on “Link bank card”. c. Enter a display name for the card and click on “Next”. d. Enter card details and click on “Save”. 7. Go back to the home page by clicking on the yellow arrow at the top of the screen. 1. On the ZCM application’s main page, you must select “Collections” and enter your ID number to proceed to make a payment on any one of the available products. 2. Click on the product to be paid and proceed with the payment. You will be redirected to your Bank’s electronic validation and required to validate the transaction in accordance with your normal online payment validation requirements. 3. Once the validation is completed, the payment is successful, and you will see a confirmation message displayed on the screen. You can also view all transactions by clicking on “History” at the top of the screen. NB! Each individual policy must be paid separately, so if you have more than one product, please repeat these steps for each product to ensure that all the premium payments are up to date and the products remain covered.
