Electronic Payments for Sedi la Kganya & Kganya Koloi

Z ION C HR I ST I AN C HURCH Kganya Insurance Administrators are pleased to announce that, very soon, through partnership with ZetNet, all Sedi La Kganya and Kganya Koloi policyholders will be able to pay their monthly premiums by way of the ZCM electronic payment application. • What is an electronic payment? Electronic payments are made using a specialised and dedicated online payment system. In the case of your Premium payment, a platform will soon be made available on the Kganya Website as well as on the ZCM application where you can easily register and make continued payments from anywhere and at any time convenient to you. • When is this expected to go live? The application system will be made available to Sedi la Kganya and Kganya Koloi policyholders in January 2024 . Cash payments will still be accepted at this stage, however, will be phased out gradually. There will be adequate time allowed for policyholders to convert to the new payment method. Kganya will also send out various communications throughout the process to ensure you know what to do. • Will this payment method be compulsory? Although there will be sufficient time for you to get used to this new process, there will be a cut-off date for all Sedi la Kganya and Kganya Koloi policyholders, by which time they will be required to be registered and successfully making these payments online. This means that as of 01 April 2024 , cash payments at the Church will no longer be accepted for Sedi la Kganya and Kganya Koloi and it will be compulsory for all Premiums to paid via the ZCM payment application. • Why was this necessary? In this ever-changing financial environment, we have an obligation to ensure that policyholders have access to safe and convenient Premium payment methods that are aligned with financial and regulatory requirements. This new payment method provides just this and will also make it easier for you as the policyholder to pay your premiums, anytime, anywhere! Please look out for further communication from Kganya, as we will be sending you more details and steps on how to register and pay your premiums using this new method.
