Enhanced Benefits Regulation

Enhanced Benefits Regulations as amended 1 April 2023 (unsigned for website)(19423287.1) 5 ya Kganya Contract, and is concluded pursuant to a Church Official's Membership to the Trust, as provided for in the Master Regulations and these Enhanced Benefits Regulations; 1.1.20 " Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy " means the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy concluded between a Member (in his capacity as policyholder (as this term is defined in the Insurance Act)) and an Insurer, in respect of the funeral benefits and the Additional Funeral Benefits set out therein. The Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy forms part of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, and is concluded pursuant to a Church Official's Membership to the Trust, as provided for in the Master Regulations and these Enhanced Benefits Regulations; 1.1.21 " Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract " means the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract made available to the Members pursuant to Membership to the Trust, which Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, in respect of the Enhanced Benefits, comprises the following policies: 1.1.21.1 a Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy; and 1.1.21.2 a Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy; and
