Enhanced Benefits Regulations as amended 1 April 2023 (unsigned for website)(19423287.1) 4 1.1.17 " Pukwana ya Kganya Contract " means the Pukwana ya Kganya Contract made available to the Members, other than Church Officials who are Members, as provided for in the Basic Benefits Regulations; 1.1.18 " Roadside Assistance Benefits " means the Enhanced Ancillary Benefit as set out in regulation 6.3.2; 1.1.18A " Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy " means the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy concluded between a Church Official as a Member (in his capacity as policyholder (as this term is defined in the Insurance Act)) and the Insurer, in respect of the basic needs benefits as set out therein. The Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy forms part of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract, and is concluded pursuant to a Church Official's Membership to the Trust, as provided for in the Master Regulations and these Enhanced Benefits Regulations; 2 1.1.19 " Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy " means the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy concluded between a Member (in his capacity as policyholder (as this term is defined in the Insurance Act)) and an Insurer, in respect of the dread disease and personal accident benefits and the Additional Personal Accident Benefits as set out therein. The Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy forms part of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana 2 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023.
