The Trust shall procure and/or maintain access to an afterhours call facility manned between the hours of 16:30 and 08:00 of the following day as well as weekends and public holidays to ensure a 24-hour helpline facility for Service Receivers. This call facility will only receive calls relating to Funerary Management Services.
