Enhanced Benefits Regulations as amended 1 April 2023 (unsigned for website)(19423287.1) 17 6.3.3.5.5 The contractual relationship for the services rendered pursuant to the purchase of a Ticket, shall at all times be between the Member in Good Standing and the Service Provider. 6.3.4 Funerary Management Benefits 6.3.4.1 Definitions For purposes of the Funerary Management Benefits, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings: 6.3.4.1.1 " Date of Death " means the date of death of a Qualifying Person; 6.3.4.1.2 " Dependent Child " means, in relation to a Member in Good Standing, dependent child or children of the Member in Good Standing that meets the requirements set out in regulation 6.3.4.4; 6.3.4.1.3 " Member in Good Standing " means a Member who meets the requirements as set out in regulation 6.3.4.3; 6.3.4.1.4 " Qualifying Person " means - 6.3.4.1.4.1 a Member in Good Standing, or 6.3.4.1.4.2 a Dependent Child who predeceases a Member in Good Standing; 6.3.4.1.5 " Service Provider " means any service provider appointed by the Trust from time to time;
