Enhanced Benefits Regulations as amended 1 April 2023 (unsigned for website)(19423287.1) 11 6.3.2.1.2 " Journey " means the journey undertaken by a Member in Good Standing in a Motor Vehicle for the sole and exclusive purpose of attending an Event; 6.3.2.1.3 " Member in Good Standing " means a Member who meets the requirements as set out in regulation 6.3.2.3; 6.3.2.1.4 " Motor Vehicle " means a motor vehicle that does not weigh more than 3,500kg; and 6.3.2.1.5 " Service Provider " means the service provider appointed from time to time by the Trust to provide the Roadside Assistance Benefits. 6.3.2.2 The Roadside Assistance Benefits 6.3.2.2.1 The Trust may from time to time procure the Roadside Assistance Benefits from the Service Provider for all Members in Good Standing. 6.3.2.2.2 The Roadside Assistance Benefits entitle all Members in Good Standing to the benefits set out in Annexe B. 1 in the event of a Journey to an Event in a Motor Vehicle. 6.3.2.2.3 The Roadside Assistance Benefits will, whenever applicable, be available to the Members in Good Standing for the duration of their Journey, provided that such benefit shall only be available in respect of Journeys undertaken by a Member in Good Standing within the period commencing on a date 7 (seven) days prior to an Event and enduring until a date 7 (seven) days after the Event.
