8 Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract means the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract made available to all Church Officials who are Members pursuant to Membership to the Trust. The Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract is an insurance contract between you as a Member (in your capacity as policyholder) and the Insurer and comprises the policies as explained in the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet. Trust means the trustees for the time being of the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust (master's reference number IT 6797/00). ZCC means the Zion Christian Church. 1. DECLARATIONS REGARDING MEMBERSHIP TO THE TRUST In applying to become or continue as a Member of the Trust, you confirm that: • You are a member of the ZCC and you undertake to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Payment Receipt Booklet, the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet, read with the Regulations issued by the Trust. • You are 18 years or older. • You understand that Membership to the Trust requires you to pay Membership Contributions to the Trust, which will entitle you to the Benefits of Membership. • You understand that if you fail to pay your Membership Contribution(s), that you may forfeit the benefits of Membership to the Trust. You understand that such non-payment normally leads to loss of valuable Benefits, which includes insurance benefits in terms of the Insurance Contracts, and should be avoided where possible . • You alone have determined your own ability to afford the Membership Contributions. • You have not been provided with any financial advice from any Committee Member or any employee of KIA, and if you need financial advice, you understand that you must obtain the services of an accredited financial advisor. You understand that the Committee Members and employees of KIA are not in any manner authorised to provide any form of financial advice to you regarding
