Master Regulations means the Master Regulations issued by the Trust. A copy of the Master Regulations is included in the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet as Annexe A . Member means a member of ZCC (including an existing member as explained in the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet) who satisfies the requirements for membership to the Trust as provided for in the Regulations, and who is a vested beneficiary of the Trust pursuant to such membership. " Membership " shall have a corresponding meaning. Membership Book means collectively i) the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet; ii) this Payment Receipt Booklet; iii) all existing membership books (as explained in the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet); iv) any other documents issued by the Trust from time to time relating to Membership, purchased by you as a Member as set out in the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet. Membership Contribution means the Monthly membership contribution which must be paid each Month to the Trust, which entitles you as a Member to the benefits set out in the Regulations and summarised and explained in the Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet. Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet means the membership terms and conditions booklet issued by the Trust to all Members comprising all terms and conditions of Membership to the Trust. Month means a calendar Month.
