ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER FOR INSURANCE COVER AND BENEFITS IN TERMS OF THE INSURANCE CONTRACTS • Upon completing the MPP Form or paying your Membership Contribution s 3 , you accept the offer for insurance cover and benefits in terms of the Insurance Contract, as part of the Benefits of Membership offered to you. The Insurer waives the requirement to receive notification of acceptance of the offer. • No further action is needed by you to activate the cover in terms of the Insurance Contract and your cover will start on the later of the date on which you – o complete the MPP Form and purchased a Membership Book; o paid the initial Membership Contribution to the Trust.
