11 1.39.2 where a Membership Contribution is paid through a Payment Method other than cash at a Pay Point or otherwise, any such other documentary proof of payment of a Membership Contribution as prescribed by the Trust from time to time; 1.40 " Receipt Counterfoil " means where a Membership Contribution is paid in cash at a Pay Point as a Payment Method, a duplicate of the Receipt showing the information recorded on such Receipt, together with a barcode from the Payment Receipt Booklet; 1.41 " Regulations " means, collectively, the Basic Benefits Regulations and the Enhanced Benefits Regulations issued in accordance with regulation 15, and such other regulations as may be issued by the Trust from time to time in accordance with the Trust Deed, read with these Master Regulations; 1.42 " Replacement Payment Receipt Booklet " means the numbered and bar-coded booklet of the Trust issued to a Member where a Member's Payment Receipt Booklet or Continuation Payment Receipt Booklet, as the case may be, has been misplaced, including all existing replacement membership booklets in issue as at the Effective Date;
