Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy means the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy concluded between you as a Member (in your capacity as policyholder) and the Insurer in respect of basic needs benefits as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy. The Thari ya Baruti Basic Needs Benefit Policy forms part of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract and is concluded pursuant to your Membership to the Trust . 3 Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy means the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy concluded between you as a Member (in your capacity as policyholder) and the Insurer in respect of Dread Disease Benefits, Personal Accident Benefits and Additional Personal Accident Benefits as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy. The Thari ya Baruti Dread Disease and Personal Accident Policy forms part of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract and is concluded pursuant to your Membership to the Trust. Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy means the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy concluded between you as a Member (in your capacity as policyholder) and the Insurer in respect of the Funeral Benefits and Additional Funeral Benefits as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy. The Thari ya Baruti Funeral Policy forms part of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract and is concluded pursuant to your Membership to the Trust. Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract means the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract made available to all Members who are Church Officials pursuant to Membership to the Trust. The Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract is an insurance contract between you as a Member (in your capacity as policyholder) and the Insurer.
