Continuous Amendments to Thari Ya Baruti Membership Terms and Conditions

20 Policy 11 included in the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract are attached a s Annexe D . 9.2.4 Since the Trust has procured access to the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract for all Members who are Church Officials as part of the Enhanced Benefits, a copy of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract is included in this Membership Terms and Conditions Booklet as Annexe E for the sake of convenience. It is important to note that the Insurer, Sanlam Developing Markets Limited is the underwriter (insurer) of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract . 12 9.2.5 Changes to any terms and conditions as set out in the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract will be made available to you. 9.2.6 The Trust shall be responsible for payment of the Monthly Premiums and Additional Premiums due in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract for all Members who have paid their Monthly Membership Contributions. If you do not pay your Monthly Membership Contribution to the Trust, the Trust shall not pay the Premiums and/or the Additional Premiums due in terms of the Thari ya Baruti Pukwana ya Kganya Contract to the Insurer and you may lose your insurance benefits. 9.2.6A In the event that the Insurer repays any premiums to the Trust, such repayment will form part of the trust funds of the Trust, and will be applied by the Trust for the benefit of the Members. 13 9.3 Summary of the Enhanced Ancillary Benefits The Trust has procured access for you as a Church Official who is a Member to the following Enhanced Ancillary Benefits, a summary of which is set out below. 9.3.1 Roadside Assistance Benefits 9.3.1.1 Service Description 11 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 12 Amended with effect from 1 April 2023. 13 Inserted with effect from 1 April 2023.
