20 ▪ Transmission of urgent messages. o You will also have access to the following tow-in service to the nearest approved dealership (if under warranty), repair centre or panel beater with respect to your motor vehicle in the event of: ▪ Mechanical breakdown; ▪ Electrical breakdown; ▪ Accident damage. 9.3.1.2 Qualifying for Roadside Assistance Benefits o To qualify for Roadside Assistance Benefits, you must be in Good Standing by having paid a Membership Contribution: ▪ in the Month preceding the Month in which Roadside Assistance is required; or ▪ in the Month in which the Roadside Assistance is required, provided the Membership Contribution was paid prior to the date of the claim for Roadside Assistance Benefits. 9.3.1.3 Roadside Assistance Exclusions and Limitations o You may only ask for Roadside Assistance Benefits for the period 7 days before, during and 7 days after each conference held at Zion City Moria during Easter, September and December each year. o The Roadside Assistance Benefits are only provided in respect of a motor vehicle that does not weigh more than 3 500kg. o The value of the Roadside Assistance Benefits is limited per incident as set out in the Basic Benefits Regulations. o Any costs over and above the limits relating to the provision of Roadside Assistance will be for your cost.
