GENERAL This policy will be: • Overseen by the Board who carry the responsibility for the implementation, reviewing and updating of the policy’s associated processes; • Reviewed at least annually and where necessary, updated; • Regularly reviewed by the Group Risk Manager and where necessary, updated; The Annexures section will be reviewed and signed by the Kganya Board Members and Group Risk Manager on an annual basis.
