20 Annexe B.1 Roadside Assistance Benefits 1. Emergency roadside assistance 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the Basic Benefits Regulations, the Roadside Assistance Benefit entitles a Member in Good Standing access to the following services in the event of a roadside emergency when undertaking a Journey to an Event in a Motor Vehicle with the periods permitted in the Basic Benefits Regulations, limited up to R2 000.00 (inclusive of VAT) per incident: 1.1.1 Flat battery - jump start. 1.1.2 Flat tyre (help with change of tyre). 1.1.3 Keys locked in vehicle (unlocking only). 1.1.4 Fuel assistance (limited to five litres per incident). 1.1.5 Minor roadside—running repairs (electrical, coil, immobilizer etc.). 1.1.6 Transmission of urgent messages. 2. Tow-in service 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the Basic Benefits Regulations, the Roadside Assistance Benefit entitles a Member in Good Standing access to the following tow-in service, limited to R3 000.00 (inclusive of VAT) per incident, to the nearest approved dealership (if under warranty), repair centre or panel beater in the event of: 2.1.1 Mechanical breakdown; 2.1.2 Electrical breakdown; 2.1.3 Accident damage. when undertaking a Journey to an Event in a Motor Vehicle with the periods permitted in the Basic Benefits Regulations.
